Korda Pro has a two-way Xero integration for Australian tradies. Quotes and invoices made from voice notes save to Xero as drafts, use your existing numbering and tax settings, and update when they're accepted or paid.

How does Korda Pro work with Xero?

    Approved quotes and invoices save to Xero as drafts, with your numbering and tax settings.

    Updates both ways

    Mark a quote accepted or an invoice paid in the chat and Xero updates. If your customer accepts a quote online in Xero, Korda Pro picks it up.

What syncs between Korda Pro and Xero?

Quotes and invoices
Approved quotes and invoices save to Xero as drafts, continuing your existing numbering.
Accepted quotes
Mark a quote accepted in the chat and Xero updates. If your customer accepts online in Xero, Korda Pro picks it up.
Paid invoices
Tell Korda Pro the invoice is paid, and it's marked as paid in Xero too.

Korda Pro follows your Xero tax settings. Xero stays the source of truth.
References
The job reference shows on quotes and invoices, and the job number on invoices.

How do I connect Xero?

Connect Xero during setup, or later from the Korda Pro portal. Korda Pro picks up your last quote and invoice numbers, so your numbering continues without gaps.

Can I use Korda Pro without Xero?

Korda Pro works without it. Your quotes and invoices are kept in the Korda Pro portal, and 10% GST is added.

What stays in Xero when you use Korda Pro

Bank reconciliation, payroll, BAS and reporting stay in Xero, with you or your bookkeeper. Korda Pro gets quotes and invoices into Xero faster; it doesn't replace it.

Can my bookkeeper keep working in Xero?

Yes. Everything lands in Xero as normal drafts, so your bookkeeper works the same way they do now.

Does Korda Pro work with QuickBooks?
