What Korda Pro is
Korda Pro writes a tradie’s quotes and invoices from a voice note, then chases the customer until they’re paid, straight into Xero. It isn’t job management software.
It’s delivered primarily via WhatsApp and designed for Australian tradies. The tradie sends a voice note or message describing the job, and Korda Pro uses AI to draft the quote or invoice, with no forms to fill. The tradie reviews and approves it in the chat, and only then does it go to the client and land in Xero.
Everything that moves money runs through the same chat: pricing the work, billing it and chasing payment.
What Korda Pro is not
Korda Pro includes job-level tools, such as job records, photos and variations. These exist to capture what happened on a job so it can be billed correctly. Korda Pro is not built to compete as a full field service management suite for scheduling, dispatch and rostering, in the way ServiceM8, Tradify or Fergus are. It can be used alongside those tools or on its own.

How it works
Tradies sign up at kordapro.com. Korda Pro connects to their WhatsApp number and, optionally, Xero and Gmail. Setup takes under 20 minutes. From then on, quoting, invoicing, variations and payment follow-up happen primarily through WhatsApp, with AI drafting each quote or invoice for the tradie to review and approve. Customers never use WhatsApp; they receive quotes, invoices, and reminders via email and SMS.
