Quote follow-up for tradies
Automatic quote follow-ups
Korda Pro follows up on open quotes for Australian tradies via email and SMS, and stops as soon as the customer accepts, so good quotes don't go cold while you're on the tools.
Best for: businesses that send more quotes than they have time to chase.
14 days free. No credit card.
How do quote follow-ups work?
- 01
Send your quote
Send it as normal. Follow-up starts on its own.
- 02
Korda Pro follows up
Your customer gets a nudge on days 2, 7 and 14 after the quote is sent, then once more on the day the quote expires. Messages are sent via SMS, and via email when Gmail is connected.
- 03
Sent in your name
Each message goes out under your business name, with a link to view the quote. Xero users' customers can accept it online.
- 04
Follow-ups stop
They stop the moment the quote is accepted, whether your customer accepts online in Xero or you mark it accepted in WhatsApp or the portal.

Why follow up a quote?
Customers often mean to accept a quote and simply get busy, or go with whoever gets back to them first. A short reminder keeps your quote in front of them without you having to make the call.
What quote follow-ups don't do
Follow-up texts are one-way, so customers can't reply. If they have a question, they'll contact you directly. SMS follow-ups aren't included in the free trial; during the trial, follow-ups go by email when Gmail is connected.
